The University of Michigan women's rowing team placed all three of its boats in the top 20 of their respective races at the 44th annual Head of the Charles Regatta on Sunday (Oct. 19). In the Women's Championship Eight division, U-M's first eight placed 12th, while its second eight took 19th. The Maize and Blue four took 13th overall in the Women's Championship Four division. The first eight was eighth among U.S. colleges with a time of 16:48.520. Michigan's second eight clocked in at 17:13.146, which was tops among all U.S. college second eights. The Michigan four took 13th in a time of 19:06.206. The Wolverines were seventh among their collegiate counterparts.
