TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Fifth-year senior Nicole Edwards (Winnipeg, Manitoba/Vincent Massey) earned All-America honors with a 24th-place finish (20:31.9) as the No. 8-ranked University of Michigan women's cross country team finished in 16th place (416 points) on Monday afternoon (Nov. 24) at the NCAA Championships held at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course.
Top-ranked Washington earned the team national championship with 79 points and Sally Kipyego of Texas Tech took the individual crown with a time of 19:28.1.
