| After losing a heartbreaker to Hartwick the University of Michigan women's water polo team rebounded in the second match of the day decisively beating Harvard 12-9. On Sunday(April 9) the No. 17-ranked Wolverines' first overtime game of the season, the Wolverines outscored Brown 5-0 in the two three-minute overtime frames for a 14-9 victory in the final game of the Brown Mini at the Smith Swim Center. Before heading to the Western Division Championships (April 22-23) at Indiana's Counsilman-Billingsley Aquatic Center in Bloomington, Ind., the Wolverines host an exhibition match this Thursday (April 13) against the Michigan State Spartans club water polo team at Canham Natatorium. The match is set to begin at 7 p.m. |
